TATTOO CONVENTION RULES AND REGULATIONS
- FEES – The Tattoo Artist/s shall pay fifty percent (50%) down payment upon reservation of the
booth space and the balance of fifty percent (50%) payable on or before August 15, 2014. The reservation fee
should be accompanied by a fully accomplished application form.
- CANCELLATIONS – The following rules shall be observed in the event of cancellations:
- If full payment is not made on or before August 15, 2014, the reserved tattoo booth shall be cancelled
and be offered to other tattoo artists, and any down payment made by the Tattoo Artists shall be
deemed as cancellation fee and non-refundable.
- Cancellation of reservations shall make any down payment made by the Tattoo Artists as cancellation
fee and non-refundable
- Once reservations are fully paid, cancellation is already prohibited and all payments paid shall be
deemed as cancellation fee and non-refundable. Fully paid reservations could only be cancelled and
refunded if Tattoo Artists offered the reserved space to other confirmed exhibitor that is approved by
the organizers.
- In case of non-appearance by the Tattoo Artists under the terms of this Agreement, any payments so
far made shall be deemed as non-refundable.
- EQUIPMENT – The Tattoo Artists shall provide all equipment necessary for the tattoo services
except for the booth, which shall be the responsibility of DUTDUTAN.
- Tattoo Artists shall be responsible for any cost incurred related to the shipping, handling and storage
of their equipment and paraphernalia that shall be used during the Event.
- The Organizers shall not be held liable for any loss or damage of the Tattoo Artists’ equipment,
paraphernalia, valuables and properties that is either caused by negligence, theft, fire, calamities or
any other cause that is beyond the Organizers’ control.
- Tattoo Artists are obliged to bring home all their equipment, paraphernalia, valuables and properties
after the first day of the Event. The Organizers and Event’s venue shall not be held liable for any loss
or damage of their equipment, paraphernalia, valuables and properties that shall be left overnight in
the booth or within the venue’s premises.
- Any loss or damage to any of materials or equipment that is inclusive to the booth package, which is
incurred during the event shall be the Tattoo Artists’ sole accountability, therefore the full cost of
replacement or repair shall be paid by the Tattoo Artists.
- BOOTH SPACE – The Tattoo Artists shall be restricted to transact business within their assigned
booth premises. The Organizers shall have the right to stop any activity done outside the allotted booth space that
may cause disturbance to other exhibitors or to the Event.
- EXHIBIT DURATION – The Organizers shall have the full authority to limit, extend or stop the
event/exhibit hours if it is deemed necessary due to unavoidable or unforeseen circumstances. Any costs
implication caused by the interruptions shall not be shouldered by the Organizers.
- SUPPLIES – DUTDUTAN has official supplier of tattoo equipment and supplies during the event.
Tattoo Artists / exhibitors are only allowed to sell souvenir shirts and / or items of their tattoo shops. DUTDUTAN
logo must not be used on any items being sold by the exhibitors.
